My practice MBE scores are going the wrong way.

We're supposed to hit something like 60% of the questions at end of June, beginning of July. It had been so far, so good.

The last time I had done contracts questions (before yesterday), I got 29/50.

Then yesterday I got 23/48.

I've been hitting ConLaw consistently at 30-32 questions right.

Today, a 24.

One more session like this, and I'll be calling it a trend. Yikes.
